What is the Keys to Freedom Retreat?
The Keys to Freedom Retreat offers a deep dive into the primary concepts shared in Mercy Multiplied’s Keys to Freedom discipleship study. This five-day retreat is currently for women ages 18 and over and includes teaching sessions, worship, and small group discussion time, as well as ample time for personal reflection, rest, and refreshment.
Located on our St. Louis property, the goal of the Keys to Freedom Retreat is to provide an opportunity for you to step away from the everyday rhythms of life to connect with God and be equipped with biblical principles for experiencing greater levels of healing and freedom.
Thanks to our generous donors, the retreat is free-of-charge. However, there is a $50 Reservation Fee to secure your spot. Space is limited, so reserve your spot today!
Experience greater levels of healing and freedom.

No. Each participant will have their own room on the second level of the retreat center. Each room has single beds. The second level of the retreat center will be a dedicated quiet area.
This retreat is for women aged 18 or older looking to step away from the everyday rhythms of life to connect with God and be equipped with biblical principles for experiencing greater levels of healing and freedom. Please note: participants must be mentally stable to attend the retreat and have the ability to read and write without assistance. The retreat center is not able to accommodate some physical limitations.
Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the facility. All retreat participants must walk up a flight of stairs to access bedrooms on the second floor and back down the stairs for meals, teaching times, and other activities. We are also unable to accommodate service animals and blind or deaf impairments. If any of these apply to you, we will likely not be able to accommodate you and hope to be able to do so in the future. If you have any specific questions about the facility or accessibility accommodations, please contact us at retreat@mercymultiplied.com or 615-831-6987 before you register.
No. You do not need to go through the study before attending this retreat. At the same time, those who have already gone through Keys to Freedom will still benefit from the retreat experience and content! After the retreat, we will encourage anyone who has not been through the Keys to Freedom study to go through it as a follow-up to your retreat experience. (And those who have already been through the study may want to go through it again!)
Unlike Mercy’s residential and outpatient programs, the retreat does not offer counseling and is not a place to receive treatment for a mental health condition. The retreat staff are not licensed medical professionals or mental health experts. Instead, the retreat offers an opportunity to discover keys that may be helpful in an ongoing journey toward greater freedom in Christ.
Currently, the retreat is only available to women 18 and older, however, our hope is to eventually offer these retreats to men as well.
We can accommodate some dietary needs if notified in advance. These include gluten and dairy-free options, as well as vegetarian. If you have more specific needs, please call us before you register.
- While we can accommodate some groups, we encourage you to consider the dynamics of your group and ask God to guide you in discerning if it is best to participate in the retreat together or individually. Attending as a group may hinder honest, vulnerable sharing, which is an important aspect of the retreat experience.
- We recommend no more than 4 people attend together. Each retreat can accommodate up to 15 people.
- If you think attending as a group would be a positive experience, please contact us at retreat@mercymultiplied.com or 615-831-6987 before you register to confirm availability.
The retreat center is located in Fenton, Missouri, just outside of St. Louis. The retreat center address will be provided upon registration.
No, infants and children are not permitted to attend the retreat with their parents. We encourage mothers to attend the retreat once they can be away from their children and secure childcare.
If you are currently in the application process for Mercy’s Residential Program, or you are currently receiving counseling through one of our Centers for Wellness and Counseling (CWC), please complete your program before registering to participate in the Keys to Freedom Retreat.
