Guidelines eWorkshop

  •    Friday, October 8, 2021

  •    10:00 AM – 4:00 PM CT (Lunch Break Included)

  •    This event will be held on Zoom!

The Guidelines eWorkshop is for people who are in the process of establishing or have fully established, a Christian residential program and desire to be further equipped. Sessions will be facilitated by key members of Mercy’s leadership team and offer interactive dialogue with attendees. There will be ample time allotted for discussion and Q&A with Mercy staff. Topics discussed will include board and governance, fundraising, program intake, program structure, and transitional care.

Please note that this training is not designed for people who have a vision/desire to start a program one day, but for those who are already in the process of establishing, or have fully established, a program. (If you have a vision to open a residential program and are still in the “dream phase,” we encourage you to check out our Exploring the Vision eWorkshop above!) eWorkshops are designed for men and women over the age of 16.

Prerequisite for attendance: Purchase and fully read / work through the Guidelines Workbook with your team. Facilitators of the Guidelines eWorkshop will be speaking and facilitating discussion based on the assumption that you and your team have thoroughly worked through this resource together before attending.

NOTE: Space is very limited for Guidelines eWorkshops in order to provide individualized attention to the groups in attendance. There will be a maximum capacity of 12 groups allowed at each workshop. Once the workshop is full, we will close registration and begin a waiting list.

$300 per Organization

Registration Deadline: Wednesday, October 6th

MPower Workshop

MPower

In addition to the Guidelines eWorkshop or the Exploring the Vision eWorkshop, we recommend EVERYONE attend the MPower Workshop.

At the MPower Workshop, we share some of our expertise from almost 40 years as a ministry in order to equip and activate the Body of Christ to help the broken and hurting. This is a workshop we recommend for every Chrisitan to attend, as we are all called to help those who are hurting and struggling, and we want to do it well. Sessions include, but are not limited to: Helping Hurting People, Healthy Boundaries, Keys to Freedom, and Safeguarding Yourself.
