Before Mercy, I struggled with drug addiction and anxiety, and I was enslaved to darkness and chaos.
I found out about Mercy back in 2017 from someone at my church. While at Mercy, I surrendered my heart COMPLETELY for the first time. God has shown Himself faithful, He has revealed lies that I was unaware of, He has brought light to the places I was unaware were shrouded in darkness. He has shown me that He is truly my protector, that I belong, and that I am TRULY a new creation in Christ.
After Mercy, I plan to move back home and work at a nursing home. I also plan to get more involved in my church, go on a mission trip and get involved in the local county jail ministry.
To the donors, thank you for your obedience that has allowed me to begin my journey of walking out my faith and living my best life through Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior.
