About Mercy Multiplied
Mercy Multiplied exists to provide opportunities for all to experience God’s unconditional love, forgiveness, and life-transforming power. Our Residential Program is voluntary, biblically-based, and free-of-charge for women ages 13-32; our Outpatient Program is free-of-charge for men (Louisiana only) and women ages 13 and older; and our Outreach Services offer multiple resources online and onsite designed to equip men and women of all ages to live free and stay free in Jesus Christ.
The vision for Mercy Multiplied was launched in 1983 after Founder and President, Nancy Alcorn, spent eight years working for the government. Realizing that true transformation would never come as the result of any government system, Nancy started the first residential home in West Monroe, Louisiana. Mercy’s Residential Program helps young women ages 13-32 break free from life controlling issues and situations, including anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, eating disorders, self-harm, addictions, unplanned pregnancy, and sex trafficking. These residential services are offered free-of-charge.
Mercy has expanded residential locations to Nashville, Tennessee and Sacramento, California, with future plans to build a residential home in the panhandle of Florida. The organization has grown beyond the borders of the United States, including locations in the United Kingdom, and Canada.
In 2016, after seeing thousands of lives transformed in the Residential Program, Mercy decided that it was time to adapt its highly successful counseling model into an 8-week discipleship resource so men and women of all ages, at any point in their walk with the Lord, could find new levels of freedom and healing in Christ. In addition to the Keys to Freedom study, our Outreach Services also train and resource men and women to effectively support and minister to those who are hurting and struggling through workshops, videos, podcasts, and other practical resources. Our goal is to share the life transforming principles used in our Residential Program to empower men and women of all ages to live in freedom.
The Mercy Multiplied Center for Wellness and Counseling is Mercy’s free-of-charge Outpatient counseling Program for men (Louisiana only) and women aged 13 and older.
Also located on its St. Louis property, is Mercy’s Keys to Freedom Retreat. This five-day retreat is currently for women aged 18 and over and will include teaching sessions, worship, and small group discussion time, including ample time for personal reflection, rest, and refreshment. The Keys to Freedom Retreat offers a deep dive into the primary concepts shared in Mercy Multiplied’s Keys to Freedom discipleship study.
Remaining ever faithful to its three guiding principles: (1) provide our Residential and Outpatient Programs free of charge, (2) tithe 10% of what we receive and (3) never accept money with strings attached or that which would prevent our ability to share Jesus Christ.

Statement of Faith
This statement of faith does not exhaust the extent of our beliefs. The Bible itself, the infallible, written Word of God, is the sole basis and final source of all that we believe. For purposes of Mercy Multiplied’s faith, practice, policy, and discipline, our board of directors is the final interpretive authority on the meaning and application of the Statement of Faith for Mercy Multiplied.
