Kirstin slowly began to struggle with an eating disorder over the course of many years until she realized that she was anorexic. Once she was 18, she hit rock bottom and knew that she needed help. When she walked through the doors of Mercy, she immediately felt loved and was able to talk about her struggles for the first time. She began to fully understand who she was in Christ and was given principals to help her when she began to struggle. After she left Mercy, Kirstin earned her degree in psychology, got married, earned her master’s degree, and opened up a studio where she is able to empower and help women who struggled with the same things she did.
