2017 Residential Program Graduate Update
“Thanks to Mercy, I’m no longer stuck in the pattern of addiction. I used to be filled with shame and weighed down by fear and anxiety, but I didn’t know how to reach out for help. My relationship with God was nonexistent, although I believed in Him. I wanted to know the amazing God that everyone around me was talking about. Mercy taught me how to build a relationship with God, and I’m no longer held back by shame and guilt. God has healed me from my addiction, and now I walk with my head held high instead of being downcast by fear. Today, I’m married to an amazing man who loves the Lord, and we recently welcomed a beautiful baby girl into our lives. I’m so thankful for my time at Mercy! I proudly share my experience every chance I get.”
