Due to an unstable home life, Quisha felt isolated at a young age and quickly learned to suppress her voice. After being molested as a child, she began turning to pornography, which eventually led to a deep sense of confusion and guilt. In college, she turned to alcohol to numb her pain and was ultimately kicked out of school. After attending a church bible study, Quisha knew it was time for her to get the help she needed and eventually applied to Mercy.
At Mercy, she began deep healing with the Lord and addressed the roots of her hurt. God gave Quisha a new family at Mercy, and she was able to feel love and acceptance for the first time. Now Quisha is walking in the things the Lord has called her to do, has entered the mission field, and is deepening her relationship with the Lord every day.
