Before Mercy I struggled with depression, anxiety, self-harm, physical abuse, and an eating disorder. I hated my life and I wanted to die because I found no reason for living. I found out about Mercy from my counselor back home. I decided to apply because it gave me the opportunity for change.

A major turning point was when I went to the Designed for Life women’s conference in November and gave my life to Christ. While at Mercy, God taught me that nothing is too big or too small for him to handle.

After graduating from Mercy I plan to get a job, start a prayer group, and get more involved with the church.

To all the Mercy donors I want to say I really appreciate all the donations that you have put into Mercy. Because of you, I can walk in freedom.
