Mercy Celebrates April Graduates

At Mercy Multiplied, we love seeing graduates leave our residential homes with restored hope for their futures! Once trapped in life-controlling issues, they are now equipped to live transformed lives. The young women highlighted below are among the thousands who have experienced true freedom in Christ through the Mercy program. We hope you’re encouraged by their inspirational stories!
Megan
God has made me pure and as white as the first blanket of snow. I learned that I love to worship God and that I am His daughter. I am royalty. I learned that He looks at my heart and that He has loved me when no one else did.

God completely restored my relationship with my parents. He gave me excitement for life that I’ve never had before. God helped me see myself in a new way.

God taught me I can come to Him just as I am. He’s a loving Father, not a condemning God. He promises to supply my every need. He broke the generational patterns, lies, and fear I felt bound by.

Through Mercy, God showed me how much He loved me, how heartbroken I really was, and how He recognized my pain and wanted to heal me. God showed me where He was through it all.

Through Mercy, God has shown me that I am beautiful. He has shown me that His love is true. I learned how to identify my feelings and how to respond to certain feelings.

In my journey at Mercy, the biggest thing that I learned was to give complete control to God. Something I never thought I could do is now the most important part of my life. I can’t imagine my life without God in control now. Surrendering to Him was the best, but also toughest, decision I made.

I have learned to accept the love of God in my personal life. Also, I learned that renewing my mind isn’t just a one-time thing; it’s a daily process.

I experienced God opening my eyes to different versions of the Bible. For the first time, I could actually understand it and connect with Him through His Word. He taught me that He is a loving God, not a God who was angry or ashamed of my past.

I have learned who I am and whose I am. I have discovered that I have a voice and authority that was given to me by my Father in heaven. The Lord has bound my wounds and healed them.
