Before Mercy I was dealing with depression, self-harm, physical/sexual abuse, anxiety, and an eating disorder. My life before Mercy was full of shame, guilt, and pain.
I found Mercy by a past graduate. She told me that Mercy was life-changing for her and she told me it was really helpful. That is when I decided to apply to Mercy.
My turning point is when I realized who I am and who God has called me to be. God has renewed my mind, transformed my life, and taken away all my pain. After graduating from Mercy, I plan to get my teaching degree for elementary education, be an ultrasound technician and go on mission trips. I also plan to start a travel blog.
To all of the Mercy donors, thank you so much for changing my life. My life is not the same as it was 8 months ago. Thanks for making me realize who I am in Christ. I am forever grateful.
