Before coming to Mercy, I felt hopeless, lifeless, and depressed. I struggled with abuse, depression, self-harm, and an eating disorder. I found out about Mercy through my brother and sister-in-law and decided to apply because it was my only hope.

I was full of fear when I arrived but seeing the other staff and residents there made me hopeful. Since being at Mercy, God has turned my life completely around and has showed me that He is a God of hope and that nothing is impossible with Him and through Him. My time at Mercy was full of forgiveness, healing, and feeling loved by God and by the staff.

After Mercy, I plan on being involved in my local church family. To all Mercy donors, thank you for helping and investing in Mercy, God radically changes lives here and every penny counts for the amazing turn around toward God of every girl here, including myself!
