Charity – 2017 Graduate

I was raised in a Christian household. However, my childhood was very chaotic. As a child, I was sexually, emotionally, and physically abused.

I learned about Mercy Multiplied from my family as well as meeting Mercy’s Founder and President, Nancy Alcorn, when she came to our home church. I decided to apply when I hit rock bottom and realized my drug addiction was too big for me to handle on my own.

A turning point in my journey was when I was able to press into God more than I ever had before. I began to trust God and declare His truth over my life. God really started moving for me, and I could see myself as He saw me.

While at Mercy, God has not only healed things in my physical body, but has also restored my mind, hope, and spirit. God has not only worked on my heart, but on my husband’s as well and helped restore our marriage.

After graduation, I plan on getting my real estate license. I will go back home to my three children and husband to be a good wife and mother.

I would like to say thank you to all the Mercy donors. Thank you for listening to God and being obedient in your giving. You have made a huge impact in not only in my life, but also in my husband and three children’s lives as well.
