Having previously served as a youth pastor for six years and at various roles at Mercy Multiplied for over six years, Melanie is now the Executive Director of Outreach. In this role, she is focused on getting the principles and transformative process used within Mercy's residential program into the hands of men and women outside of Mercy's walls.
