Before I came to Mercy, I was neglected. I experienced sexual abuse, physical abuse, and a lot of sorrow, guilt, and pain because of this. I felt like I lost my childhood.
Through a family friend who went to Mercy, I decided to apply. I was hopeless and I hated being at home at the beginning. I didn’t want to be locked down.
At Mercy, I was freed from the dark cloud of a sexual addiction when I pressed into God’s Word.
God taught me that I am worthy to Him and that He has forgiven my past.
After Mercy, I hope to go to college.
To the Mercy donors, thank you for all that you do. You helped me find freedom.
