Go Back to Lives Transformed

Kailee – 2013 Graduate

KaileeI was sexually abused as a child, and I have experienced physical and emotional abuse in my life as well. I was raped and sexually abused during high school. I felt like I was bad, unloved and rejected. I had low self-esteem, and I wore masks to hide my pain. Eventually, I found out about Mercy and recognized that I needed help and that this was my chance.

God has completely given me new life, hope and future through Mercy. I have the ability to keep going, and I no longer want to give up. I am really loved and worthy of God’s love. I know God believes in me and that He always has.

After Mercy, I want to get my cosmetology license so I can eventually start my own shop to fund helping rescue sex trafficked victims, former prostitutes, former strippers, and sexually abused women. In the meantime, I will be learning Russian so I can volunteer at an international safe home for victims of human trafficking.

I am so thankful for Mercy. They never gave up on me.
