2016 Residential Program Graduate Update
“What God did through my time at Mercy was simple yet huge and impactful. Before Mercy, I found self-confidence in my looks and achievements even though I knew Jesus as my Savior. Since finding my confidence in who I am in God at Mercy, I started seeing the Lord use me to tell others about their true identity. At Mercy, God revealed a mask that the enemy had put on me, and He helped me to take it off. God put it on my heart that as I serve the Lord confidently knowing who I am in Him and testifying of my true identity, others would receive truth, hope, and love from Him. This has become true.
Today I serve at International Student Ministry which has been my dream job since before Mercy. I have ministered to people from Japan, Thailand, and now people from all over the world through international students here in the US. My heart gets set on fire when I hear people struggling with their identities. My heart’s desire is to reach and love not only one nation but nations for Jesus through international students. I am humbly and truly blessed with the privilege of sharing the goodness of God in their lives. I share God’s love with international students because I know it leads to reaching nations for Jesus.”
