Mercy Multiplied Celebrates Ten New Graduates
July 5, 2016
In June, Mercy Multiplied celebrated the life transformations of ten young women who are now confident in their identities as daughters of the King. Their graduations from the Mercy program are a testament to their hard work and commitment, and God’s love and power to overcome life-controlling issues. Read each graduate’s hope-filled story below!
I learned that God plans to prosper me and not to harm me. I’ve learned that I am not worthless or abandoned, but that I am loved, cherished, and wanted.
I healed major life hurts, and learned proper ways to react in out-of-control situations. I learned how to lean on God at all times. My worth and value is in Christ alone.
At Mercy, I was freed from the dark cloud of a sexual addiction when I pressed into God’s Word. God taught me that I am worthy to Him and that He has forgiven my past.
After Mercy I am going to LIVE! I will participate in my life, and show up and love and hurt and laugh and cry. I am never going back to how I ‘lived’ my life before, and I’m going to pursue and experience the love of Jesus in my life every day.
God has completely restored all of my creative abilities and has given me such a passion to dream and create again. Once a slave to God, I now see him as my very best friend.
God showed me that I am loved and made pure in his eyes. I learned that no parts of my past are insignificant. I know now that the enemy has no power over my life.
I don’t have to do everything on my own now. God delivered me from depression and brought healing and forgiveness. He’s restored relationships and has given me a new confidence and peace in Him.
