It’s no secret that sometimes, in life, we feel a little burnt out. Our responsibilities seem to pile up making us feel heavy, burdened, and tired.

In seasons of burnout, it feels easiest to just lay in bed, turn on the T.V, and try to distance ourselves as far away from the responsibilities that make us feel so tired. But more often than not, that isn’t the best way for us to refocus and find the energy we need to press on when we feel burnt out.

Luckily for us, God’s Word is the ultimate source of energy, and we know that God will never put us through seasons of life He knows that we cannot handle. If we turn to Him and the truths He has given us in His word, we can speak life into our tiredness and find the strength to push through seasons that test us and make us weary.

10 Scriptures for When You’re Burnt Out
