God is always working in miraculous ways in the lives of those we serve through our many programs – and we wanted to share those with you! From our Keys to Freedom study to our Residential Counseling Programs, testimonies of God’s transformative power and goodness encourage us as we continue to help bring freedom to all through Jesus Christ.
We are excited to share that we have had several recent graduates of our Residential Counseling Programs! These young women have put in the work to heal and take steps toward freedom, and we are so proud of them for doing so. Check out a few of their stories and celebrate their victories in Christ with us!

“I came to Mercy buried under anxiety, self-hatred, fear, and shame. I made a futile attempt to outrun my brokenness, but at Mercy, I found my Heavenly Father, or rather, He found me. God is not only moving in our Residential Counseling Programs; He is also moving in the hearts of people all over the country through our Keys to Freedom study! One church in particular, Crossroads Church in Ohio, had 1,500 people going through the study and they saw an incredible transformation in the lives of both their staff and congregation. We also have several Keys to Freedom groups in both men’s and women’s prisons in Virginia, being led by longtime partners of Mercy who are passionate about sharing the hope and freedom of Christ with their communities.
In March, we hosted our first MPower Live! workshop of the year in St. Louis, Missouri! Nearly 100 people attended the two-day workshop, with many attendees traveling from out of state to join us. It was such a blessed time of worship, connection, and learning, as our incredible hosts and speakers shared Mercy’s heart and resources to help others find freedom in Christ while staying healthy in the process.
