Often, it is thought you must hold to one or two sides of the argument in the mental health camp. Some of you might not know, but May is mental health awareness month. In accordance with mental health awareness, we’re kicking off our series by taking a closer look at what it means to address mental health from holistic approach through spirit, soul, and body.
