Our Guidelines Workshop offers an in-depth look at the process for setting up and running a residential care facility. Sessions are led by key Mercy Multiplied staff, and topics include: Solidifying Vision and Mission, Fundraising Keys, Board and Governance, Human Resources, Program Intake, Program Structure and Basics, and Transitional Care. Also included is a tour of the Nashville home.
Guidelines registration includes a training manual. Lunch is not included unless purchased separately. If you choose not to purchase on-site lunch, you can bring lunch with you or travel to any of our local restaurants during the lunch hour. Workshops are designed for women and men. Register by August 27!
NOTE: Mercy will be securing a discounted rate at the Hilton Brentwood Suites for all workshop attendees. We recommend this hotel (located about 3 miles from the workshop) as there is a free shuttle service for our guests to/from the workshop each day. Once the group rate has been secured, workshop registrants will receive a Welcome Packet with information on how to book a room under our discounted rate. This packet will also contain additional details about the workshop(s), directions, meals, etc.
